We hope all our members are staying Safe and Healthy.
Lauryn Brady another one of our coaches has posted a Handstand challenge on our Facebook page – this is for all our gymnasts attending classes of more than one & half hours per week. Lauryn wants you to improve the length of time you can hold your handstand . Send us your longest held handstand on Facebook and lets see if another member of the club can hold their handstand for longer. How old you are, how many times you attend the gym normally, etc etc will all be taken into account when trying to determine a WINNER at the end of the week. GOOD LUCK ...... PLEASE WARM UP PROPERLY BEORE ATTEMPTING ANY GYMNASTICS ELEMENTS. We recommend running, skipping, dancing for a full 5 minutes BEFORE warming up your stretching BEFORE attempting ANY gymnastics element. Ensure you have warmed up wrists, ankles, shoulders, back, legs etc etc and buikd up SLOWLY to the element you wish to practice.
