We hope all our members are staying Safe and Healthy.
One of our coaches Ciara O’Leary has posted a challenge for all our Recreational gymnasts for this week on our Facebook page. She wants you to take a photo of your splits today. Then practice every day and re-post a photo on Friday or Saturday on Facebook and see if there is an improvement. How many times you attend the gym normally, etc etc will all be taken into account when trying to determine a WINNER at the end of the week. GOOD LUCK 🍀🍀
PLEASE WARM UP PROPERLY BEORE ATTEMPTING ANY GYMNASTICS ELEMENTS. We recommend running, skipping, dancing for a full 5 minutes BEFORE warming up your stretching BEFORE attempting ANY gymnastics element. Ensure you have warmed up wrists, ankles, shoulders, back, legs etc etc and buikd up SLOWLY to the element you wish to practice.
